How to Register
If you are currently living in Exmouth or are moving into the area you will be able to register at this Practice.
As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your previous practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire.
To register you will need to complete a registration form which you can complete online via the link below or, collect from reception.
When you register with us, you will be assigned a “Named GP.” You will receive a confirmation message advising you of your named GP. While you are welcome to see any GP within the practice, please note that your preferred GP may not always be available on short notice.
Urgent medical care is available immediately upon registration. However, we kindly ask that you request a one-month supply of medication from your previous GP Practice while your registration is being processed. For further details, please contact us on 01395 224555.
